Anthony is a registered patent attorney with a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering.  Anthony has prepared and prosecuted patent applications covering the electrical, software and mechanical arts for domestic and international clients with business lines including medical devices, industrial controls, communication devices, semiconductors, power distribution, batteries, printing platforms, aerospace, lighting, and software, as well as others.  Anthony’s prosecution experience includes preparing replies to office actions, final office actions and advisory actions, appeal briefs and reply briefs.  In addition, Anthony has performed patentability searches and prepared non-infringement, invalidity, freedom to use, and opposition opinions. 


Prior to becoming an attorney, Anthony worked as a software/hardware engineer at a large international medical device corporation.  During this employment, Anthony worked in the advanced development group where his responsibilities included software/hardware research, prototyping, design, and development.  His engineering experience encompasses image reconstruction algorithms, signal and image processing, transceivers, power-up circuits, analog-to-digital converters, ASICs, and motion control.  Anthony was also part of the development of a radiation-treatment software application used in connection with a medical imaging system.  Anthony also provided technical support for image reconstruction research conducted in collaboration with a renowned research medical facility.
