Matthew is a licensed Ohio attorney with a B.S. and a MS. in biochemistry. Matthew graduated in 2015 from Case Western University School of law where he obtained a J.D. as well as a M.S. in biochemistry. While in law school, Matthew volunteered at Case’s IP Venture Clinic. There, he focused on patent prosecution and capital acquisition matters for a local startup company.

Before joining the firm, Matthew interned for Case Western Reserve University’s Technology Transfer Office. There, he worked with a broad range of inventions including biochemical therapeutics, 3-D printing devices, and hospital communication devices. Matthew also clerked for a local intellectual property firm, where he worked on a wide range of intellectual property matters including patent and trademark prosecution. There, his work pertained to several different technologies including biochemical therapeutics, internal medical devices, and floor polishers.
